At Mau, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Drop off your parcel at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup through our carrier partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
